What deposits are needed when booking entertainment?

50% deposit is required to secure your entertainment. This upfront payment locks in your performers, confirms the date, and allows scheduling, costume prep, and logistics to begin. The remaining balance is due closer to the event.

Are you fully insured?

Yes

Wonderhaus Entertainment works only with fully insured performers, and we request up‑to‑date public liability insurance from every artist on our roster. This ensures your event is protected and meets professional safety standards.

How far in advance should I book entertainment

You should ideally book entertainment around 12 weeks in advance. Popular dates fill quickly, especially weekends and seasonal events, so earlier booking gives you the best choice of performers and ensures smooth event planning.

Can you supply multiple entertainers?

Yes

We can supply multiple entertainers, and booking them together saves money. Bundling acts reduces overall travel, admin, and coordination costs, making it more cost‑effective than hiring performers individually. It also ensures a seamless, well‑matched entertainment package

Are your performers DBS checked?

Yes

Our performers are DBS checked, and we request up‑to‑date documentation from everyone on our roster. This ensures safe, professional entertainment for schools, family events, and any setting where safeguarding matters

Do you work outdoors?

Yes

Wonderhaus performers do work outdoors, and many of our circus acts and walkabout entertainers are perfect for festivals, garden parties, parades, and open‑air events. We simply ask for safe ground conditions and weather‑appropriate performance space
